Used Airdrie Hays travel
Used Airdrie Hays travel. Booked a holiday in Gran Canaria . They took my money for Hotel transfers. £50. Had problems finding bus on way there. Bus didnt turn up on way back. 40 euros taxi. Hays manager says not their problem. I say he took my money so therefore is. Please don't ever use these robbing cowboys. Thanks.( Yes ,they did contact me, but no clarification. No recompense. Just a half hearted apology. And kept the lie going to suit their own ends.)They also told me the bus company had GPS proof, that they turned up. Another lie. I waited at the door of the Hotel for 2 hrs. (Pick up point). Roads outside is all one way system. So can't stop anywhere. Bunch of cowboys.
