WE HAD A VERY ENJOYABLE VISIT TO BOOK OUR HOLIDAY AT HAYS TRAVEL- ALEXANDRIA. THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFULL AND INFORMATIVE, THEY MADE THE BOOKING GO LIKE CLOCKWORK AND THE HOLIDAY WAS COMPLETED IN NO TIME AT ALL. WE CAME AWAY REALLY PLEASED WITH OUR TIME AT THE SHOP.

I've been using the travel agent for a few years and have found them to be really knowledgeable in holiday destinations for all parties, whether a couples quiet getaway, a big celebration party or a family holiday.
I've also used them to book over the phone most recently, having seen a deal I didn't want to miss out on and I honestly cannot fault them. Lauren dealt with everything so speedily and also managed to save me money. She was brilliant in her correspondence. Delighted.

Monica was fantastic and very patient as we had no idea where to try and book for, she got us a very good deal in Turkey and advised on the best rate of Lira. She printed off all our documents and was very organised and professional.
