Hays Travel - Allerton Reviews 

Booked our September holiday with Annie at the Allerton Road, Liverpool branch yesterday. Annie was very pleasant and very helpful and booked our holiday, taking into account all our needs. Hayes is our always “Go to” Travel agents. All staff are well trained and friendly girls. Credit to your organisation.

Got a phone call from our local Hays Travel advisor Jenny with regards to a short break we enquired about a few days before. She had information and we called in and booked straight away.

Whenever we want a holiday, we always book with Hays travel and have done for years. Their service is always quick and professional. Their staff go out of their way to ensure all your holiday needs are fulfilled. We usually deal with Jenny who couldn't be more obliging and helpful.

I was helped by a young lady called Bonnie. Whilst she is training and on occasion had help from her manager she was extremely helpful and we got the booking successfully sorted. I always go to Hays for my holidays and as per usual very happy with my experience there. I wish her luck in her job.

Megan the manager was so helpful giving a guide to the area and hotel. Bonny although at the end of her training did well with full support of Scarlett who was very efficient. Overall very good experience well done Megan and team.

Annie was extremely friendly and informative she patiently hung on to the phone waiting for a reply from the company we needed. Her colleague provided cups of tea and a chocolate . We weren’t going to book that day but decided to go for it . All round a very good experience.
