The person who looked after us couldn’t have done any better he went into the computer and found us a holiday which is what we wanted. We will definitely be back for our next holiday.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Margo very knowledgeable re cruises and was more than happy to look at options for us to get us what we wanted at a fab price. Margo, Marie and the staff are all super friendly and welcoming in the store too.

Hays Travel, excellent service.
The travel consultant (Jodie) from Hays Travel, Alloa, was excellent and extremely helpful. On our initial visit we explained where we wanted to visit, type of accomodation and standard we required along with time of year. Jodie researched our request and provided us with several options. This afforded us to carryout out reviews and read about the hotels and local area. We returned to Hays Travel and discussed our preferred options and booked the holiday. Perfect service and nothing was an issue. Two delighted customers.

Chris was very helpful
Chris was very helpful. He went out of his way to get us a good deal for our holiday, even phoning Jet 2 to query the price rise. We usually book online through Jet 2 but in future will come to Hays as the price was so competitive and Chris answered all our queries making it a simple, reliable process.
