Friendly welcome as soon as I entered. Sharon asked pertinent questions about what I was looking for, and made suitable suggestions, plus alternatives. There was no pressure sales at all.
Once my holiday was chosen, Sharon efficiently went through the booking process with me, including any further actions required. I am looking forward to the holiday. I'm sure that I will be back again.

The young lady greeted us with a welcome smile and enthusiasm. She
listened to what we wanted, she searched and gave us choices of various budgets and timings. We felt very comfortable dealing with her, nothing was too much trouble. We were in there nearly three hours booking a hotel, flights, transfers, excursions, money cards and insurance, therefore she worked through lunch time without a murmur of dissatisfaction. Very professional and knowledgeable. The after sale service of the continued admin and booking in sounds amazing. We don’t do this kind of thing very often so knowing everything has been taken care off and we don’t need to worry about anything, has taken away so much stress already, we will definitely go back to book any more adventures that we would be fortunate enough to have. The shop was clean and tidy, the other member of staff was also very friendly and welcoming. A top rate experience.

Booked our holiday with Jess at the Amesbury branch the service from start to finish & the booking process was straightforward & met our expectations we put our requirements, budget to fit our needs Jess made the booking which was quick & easy she was very knowledgeable of the area we are going which will be our first time in Turkey we are very much looking forward to our holiday.

The staff members desire to make sure all our needs were her priority. And she did.

Sharon particularly goes above and beyond to find what we ask for. Also when the trouble in the Middle East happened and our trip to the Maldives got cancelled she ensured we got every penny back.
