However, we're sorry to hear you believe you would have received a cheaper price booking directly. It does seem that between the time you booked your cruise and the time you left your review, there's been a change in promotions. Looking at the like-for-like difference between the price you were happy to book at on the 30th December 2025 (including the discounts we gave you at the time of booking) vs. the cost of the cruise today (including the newly added promotion), the difference in total cost is only £34.50pp. All products booked are based on a Live system, so pricing, availability and promotions can change at any time. We always do our best to make sure our client's are happy with the product and cost, at the time of booking. However, unfortunately, it is impossible to know ahead of time whether prices or promotions will stay the same, increase or decrease in the future. We're sorry for your disappointment, however, we hope this clears up why you may find a difference in cost, and we hope you will reconsider using us again in the future. - Jessica - Assistant Manager

Going the extra mile…
Sharon from the Amesbury branch in Amesbury put together a complex package of flights, hotels and transfers which changed over a 2 hour period. She was very adaptable and patient during this process. The final outcome was highly satisfactory.
