Hays Travel - Andover Reviews 

Kaylee made me feel relaxed the minute I entered Hays door. I explained to her where and what date I would like to go, and after a quick conversation, everything was up on her screen ready to go. She talked me through all the little details as well as the main ones, and explained that with this particular holiday there was some discount to be had from the package deal. I was more than happy with her service and look forward to seeing her again when I pick up the final documents.

Staff brought out a ramp for me for easy access to the travel agency with my mobility scooter.
Ann was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She made the whole process of booking the cruise easy.

We had gone into Hays with the view of booking a family trip to America knowing little about what specifically we wanted other than the basics. Gemma who assisted us on the day has been exceptional from the basics of flights to the park tickets and even the fun of changing the persons attending, Thank you so much Gemma for making the experiance as simple and as fun as possible! After a visit to the shop Kaylee took our details and the next day we had various options to choose from. There were many emails and calls back and forth until our perfect tailored package was found.

My name is Pat Beckingham I am taking this holiday with Janet. The lady in Hayes travel agent was very patient and helpful and took her time to find the holiday we both liked. We had a very good experience there and would definitely recommend Hayes to anyone.

Although my friends booked the holiday on my behalf, I have experienced excellent "after care" when I hit a problem with my travel insurance. My questions were answered and dealt with immediately and with no fuss much to my relief.
