I went in to get an idea on prices and…
I went in to get an idea on prices and availability for a cruise ! That was all done and printed off for us to look at at home ! I then went in to book the cruise ! Wonderful service yet again ! The staff are always there to discuss your needs ,and various options if needed ! Full of information to get you what you want !I then went back to take out the travel insurance , car parking , and discuss excursions !I would much rather do it face to face instead of by phone or internet ! I think you get a more personal touch - they get to know what you like and don’t like !thanks to you all again !

Holiday insurance
We booked holiday insurance, the travel assistant, Charlotte, was so knowledgeable about the product and had brilliant communication skills making it so easy to deal with the company for our medical screening.
