Friendly and professional service…
All the girls in the shop were really friendly and chatty. I booked with Kay in Ayr and she gave some great advice and pointers. I always book holidays myself online but Kay took the stress out of it all (and bought me back hours of time searching for holidays!). Will definitely be using Hays again. Thank you.

Louise, AKA Emma, was an excellent salesperson. Her personal knowledge of the cruise simply piqued my interest and little details she emparted added to my enthusiasm.
