Doulla was amazing
Doulla was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable, listened to our needs, gave us advice on each of the hotels we were looking at. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She offered practical advice that helped us decide on our final destination. She made the booking process easy .

Very nice staff,treated us as friends.Helpful as we weren't sure where to go.Efficient as all booking info printed straight away and follow up email.We use this branch often as they're so reliable and friendly.

Helpful staff and easy booking process
I enjoyed booking my holiday to Portugal with Hays Travel. Terry was brilliant in finding me the right hotel, which is not too far from the town centre and the nature reserve. She really went the extra mile for me.
The booking process was easy and Terry and other staff members were polite, friendly and very helpful.

As usual Hays gave excellent service, explained everything and quickly booked the holiday for us. Unfortunately I can’t remember the name of the person who assisted us on 7th May in Barnsley but she was knowledgeable, helpful and gave excellent service 😀

Brilliant service
