The cruise we wanted was fully booked. The young lady that helped us promised to keep a check and one week later she ring to inform us there was a cabin available. We booked it that day. Excellent service.

The Ladies at Hays Bebington are all so welcoming and always find the holiday I'm looking for at the right price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's always nice to book a holiday and the girls at the WIrral, Bebington shop make that experience even nicer.
They always give us so much help, all the information we needed with out all the hassel of doing it for ourselves. All done all in such a friendly way, my dog
knows where he's going and loves the welcome he also receives.

I have used Hays a number of times now. I usually do a varied type of travel experience, sometimes I book trips myself, other time via Hays. Always use this travel agent in Bebington and found them helpful and efficient. Only real complaint is that I am fed up of being hammered for emails and post for holidays via head office. A real put off and never read them just bin

Great customer experience. Easy, simple and straight forward. All sorted with no stress, even sorted our insurance at a good price. Very friendly and focused on giving a great service.

When I first went into Hays I didn’t really know what short break I wanted, but the young girl, I forgot her name, really helped me, showing me all the different places in Italy and also flight times, nothing was too much trouble,

All staff in Bebington branch are really Friendly and make you feel welcome. My holiday was a bit of a logistical nightmare being self drive route 66 this Involved many hours for Jordan on the phone once again she found me an incredible holiday that’s fantastic value for money, myself and my party are looking forward to making incredible memories thanks again to Hays travel and their amazing staff.
