From the moment I booked my holiday with Becky right through to the end, everything was just amazing! The Becky was absolutely brilliant — so friendly, helpful, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and kept in touch every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for better service — honestly made the whole experience so special!

Becky was amazing all throughout my booking really helpful, I wanted to book a week as a first holiday with my baby for next year. I was not 100% which hotel due to we wanted the hotel to be family friendly but still luxury as we have been used to the Carribean all adults hotels and didn’t want to have a lower standard. She literally recommended the perfect hotel for us and made it quick and easy and effortless for us and took all the effort in finding our perfect first holiday as a family of 3.

This is the second holiday I have booked with her and will continuously do so as how easy the booking and how easy she makes it is a dream!

This isn't the first time of booking with Hays but we have never had a problem when booking which is why we always choose to come back.
The service is always amazing and very thorough.

I contacted Becci recently to make an enquiry she was friendly & helpful, she also managed to beat the quote I had been given so we went ahead & booked. This was our first time booking with her but seeing some of the deals she has definitely won't be our last.
