Dealing with Niall is always very smooth and finding what I need is never a hassle, he checks every available holiday and goes through the reviews for me also plus explains everything very carefully, regarding departure times, insurance, and currency plus offers me the option to purchase currency within the shop, great service

I was looked after by Katie. Great communicator, patient and engaging.
Issue with price changing between checking and booking but Katie handled this very well.

We called to Hays Travel Park Centre to make enquiries to book a cruise for this year,our experience there
second to none our consultant Shannen was extremely helpful and patient providing all the information we needed to choose which one was best for us. A five star experience there

Terry was amazing and talked us through everything, we can be quite an awkward family sometimes as we rarely agree on everything. He listened and found us a good option that we all agreed on and answered any questions any of us had even the stupid ones.

Staff member Daniel got me the deal I was looking for. Right price location and dates that fitted in with my plans.

Katy within park centre branch was very patient with our open ended request ( we were not very specific). She was able to tailor our needs to a holiday which will hopefully be the relaxing experience we need. Very efficient service.
