Claire calls regularly to give us updates and helps us to fill in all the forms correctly, always gives honest advice,

Nice lady but couldn’t find my previous quote, noisy teller in background counting £’000s of pounds out.
I found i could have saved a lot of money booking directly with easyjet which i did while waiting.

The staff listened to what I wanted in my holiday, & sorted me my perfect holiday.
Also made me aware that I could cancel another holiday which was transferred from the previous year. They was a great help.

Was made very welcome in store.
We knew where we wanted to go/date/duration. Corrine was very efficient and found our holiday quickly and sorted out all the booking/reserved seats on flights and car parking at the airport. Could not fault our time spent in store.

Excellent service,went the extra mile to get the holiday we wanted. This is not the first time we've booked with Hays at Belper and the service is always good.

Me and my partner I've booked a few holidays with Hayes Travel in Belper with Sharon who goes above and beyond to make our holiday experience amazing right from the start when we are booking it and the travel insurance car parking this lady makes it effortless and you can walk away with a piece of mind and the trust that you are going to have one amazing holiday with no issues as well as the shop is dog friendly so that means we can bring the whole family to book the holiday and they make everybody so welcome all the staff within the Haze travel shop in Belper are all very professional caring and understanding of everybody's personal needs in a holiday all the staff tick every box what me and my partner would ask from a travel agent even when we are asking for quotations for holidays we get emails phone calls more or less a couple of hours after asking the question keep up the amazing work and standard you aspire to we look forward to booking more holidays with you as we feel that we have a very personal touch which you do not get with some other travel agents take care Paul and Angela of Belper

The staff are helpful but it was busy and they are under staffed with not everyone having all the necessary knowledge at their fingertips.Be prepared to wait . They want to do the best job!

We were recommended Hays in Belper by a friend as she’d had such a great experience when booking her holiday in terms of knowledge and accessibility support at different airports. We are so glad we popped in to book something!
Rebecca and Corrine were great. I have several health issues and it was so reassuring to talk to staff that were so aware and in touch with these conditions. Corrine was able to advise me on what accessibility options there were for me and was very supportive in making sure everything will be in place for our holiday. Corrine was so understanding and reassured me about everything! I wish everyone in the world was like this. Empathy goes a long way.

I feel relaxed about it all knowing there will be help ready for me. Great advice was given on locations by Rebecca and the most popular resorts, even down to how many lifts there were in each resort. Can’t thank you both enough for your support, knowledge and understanding! Thank you both 😁😁

The staff at Belper were excellent and dealt with my wife and I in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner.
We provided our basic needs for travel to three cities in Poland, which included train timetables and seating arrangements, as well hotel options.
Everything was done to our complete satisfaction.
