We managed to book the cruise we wanted and got help with hotel and parking and our insurance.

We found that our travel adviser, Jasmine was extremely helpful with our holiday booking.
She put us on the right track from the start, giving us helpful information concerning flights etc.

Just an easy way to book a holiday and the service and advice was fantastic

I emailed Abbie, like we always do, about the price for our usual trip to Torremolinos next June. She came back with a great price. I said we would go in yesterday to book it & pay the deposit. Abbie was out of the office yesterday but saved our details and Paige completed the booking. Never met Paige before but she was lovely & friendly. All the girls in the shop are lovely but shout out to Abbie

Girls in Billingham branch are always helpful, professional and friendly. We knew what we wanted but they booked it for us and sorted our insurance and printed off our paperwork. They guided us on downloading and linking the hayes and jet2 app and diarised a follow up call when the tickets were ready. This is great as technology isnt my strongest point plus having hard copies is reasuring.

I have always been happy to give a good review for Hays travel. I have booked many times with them and always been very happy with the friendly, professional and helpful attitude from the staff. I hav,nt had a bad experience during the holidays. Travel, car parking, hotel, all arranged and exactly as described. I,m sure that i will be returning to Hays for many more holidays in the future, why change to anyone else when you find a company that does it all, and does it so well.

Really welcoming staff at our local branch, just returned from a family holiday where we were supported every step of the way to make sure we were fully prepared. Returned from holiday and went to exchange euros as well as book our next trip. Staff are always lovely with our little boy who finds it hard sometimes to wait while we sort things out so their understanding is really appreciated. Managed to book a short break to krakow in october, confident that all our needs were well catered for and got us a good deal with good flights too. Will be popping back in to book the excursions before we go.

Very helpful and didn’t rush into anything. Explaining everything about what was on the holiday.
