We booked a holiday with Lynsey yesterday and it couldn’t have been any better, Lynsey is so very friendly, knowledgeable and professional it was a joy to book with her. We had places in mind where we wanted to go and Lynsey took time to check them all out for us nothing was too much trouble and we got booked where we wanted to go. The booking process was so easy and we came home very happy to be going to Tenerife in two weeks time, we did forget to take our passports so we need to return tomorrow to get booked in with EasyJet…even open on a bank holiday that’s great service. We won’t hesitate to book with Hays Travel Bishop Auckland in the future and so will all our friends and family we’ve told them all !

I return to hays all the time I wouldn’t consider anyone else to book my holidays always polite and friendly very knowledgeable and gives me a good price and a good choice there advice is always spot on just a good old fashioned approach to selling holidays 🤩

Very efficient travel agent.
The lady who attended to us was very pleasant, we paid the balance on our holiday, she said they would be in touch when the tickets arrived, we were only in the shop 10 mins.
