Really nice and easy.
I was asked what kind of holiday I was looking for and was shown several and chose the one I and the kids liked.
Had passports with me so I was booked in paid and because it was only a week away from flight I was also checked in for my flights and boarding passes printed, that's it ready to go in less than 15 minutes.
