Hays Travel - Blaby Reviews 

I had been looking for a family holiday to Lanzarote in July 2026, on the Jet2 website. As there were 7 in our party, we needed 2 rooms. The site said there were 2 family rooms left, we wanted 1. When I tried to book, the site said there weren't any left. I called into your Blaby office and Mollie was able to secure the holiday for me. To say I was delighted is an understatement.

Janine was really helpful and knowledgeable. As usual we weren't 100% sure whare we wanted to go but she listened to what kind of break we needed and found us the perfect solution!!

Did it by e- mail from Lanzarote to Hays Blaby to book the same hotel for next year and they were absolutely brilliant.

We would just like to say that we were very very happy with our first experiance using Hay's in Blaby. For the last few years we have always gone to Warners and we are Premium members giving us 15% off spending, but their standerd has dropped so we decided to give Hay's a try. Evie was very helpful and she found the break that looks perfect for us and we will report our experience when we return in April
