Accessible Cabins
Due to my husband being a full time wheelchair user we were looking at the Fred Olsen cruises from Liverpool, first l was told by one of the agents that no accessible cabins were available for the dates we required so came away feeling a bit disheartened. A couple of days later l received a follow up call from Wayne who said he would look into trying to find us something and to leave it with him. Later that morning we got the call to say he had found what we had been looking for and even gave us a selection of dates and accessible cabins to choose from. If it hadn’t been for Wayne we would not have booked anything. We are now looking forward to our Norwegian cruise with Fred Olsen.
