2027 cruise with top friends.
After many deliberations with friends about what cruise we should book we finally made the decision to book.

Travel insurance confusing
1) On arrival I was given your Travel Insurance Info Document which identified the company as AWP P&C S.A. authorised in France. Product Hays Travel Insurance. But the later document handed to me on leaving refers to rushportal.co.uk hays and refers to Alliance.
2)We were also advised to ring +44(0)2086039691 about medical conditions but the bumf handed out says for single trip "we dont need to be notified so long as our doctor has confirmed we are fit to travel.
Its all very confusing.

Dont usually use agents but popped into our local branch on passing and spoke to Rebecca who was so helpful, found me what i wanted no pressure, had to wait a couple if days for getting time off agreed, then spoke to Danielle who coMpleted the process, all speedily and with a v friendly manner
