All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and very efficient

Extremely helpful staff member her name was Layla and made the process very easy for me. I booked on the telephone and found it was very quick.

Layla shovlar at bluewater branch was absolutely amazing she found what we was looking for and very helpful so we’re off to New York by dream holiday.
Recommendations to everyone I know. If I book another holiday then I will see her.

We approached Gracie in your Bluewater branch with a vague idea of a tour to Andulusia. She was extremely helpful and dealt with every question we asked (and there were many - sorry Gracie!), and responded promptly, always keeping us informed of when she was available and the next step. We have now booked a tour with Newmarket tours, through Gracie at Hays and are very pleased with the choice and guidance we got. Thank you very much. Debbie & Steve

Welcoming, did not feel rushed, the team member we spoke to was polite and knowledgeable. Gave us good advice and ended with what appears to be a beautiful holiday

We went in to enquire about a holiday and the young lady Annie was very helpful we booked it

Millie was Professional helpful and friendly, put us instantly at ease and was very patient with are endless questions. first time booking through a travel agency and now I won’t go anywhere else.

Kathleen was very helpful in sourcing and organising our honeymoon
We turned up with a plan and a cruise that we liked Kathleen helped us find flights and Hotel for before and after the cruise including transfers from the airport she was very helpful and it was sorted very quickly

Good overall

Came in to buy a gift card. One desk manned. Went to money counter where I presumed I could be helped. No. Informed that I had to be seen to at travel desk as they didn't have the software on their system. Came back later but still busy. Came back again and managed to buy card after a very long winded procedure. What couldn't either of the staff at the money counter access the booking system. Very disappointed.

We were lucky to be served by Rhona who was very helpful and knowledgable. Good old fashion service wish there was more of it.

Both Karen and Kathleen were extremely helpful and supportive of our requirements. Also the other staff also added to the experience by giving advice as they had travelled to NY recently.
Kathleen went the extra mile where the excursions and info was concerned and Karen was brilliant in the accommodation and flights.
