Johnny was very helpful and informative. He is well travelled so was able to explain things. Although we went in July/aug the resort was not to busy and we ordered a sea view which was stunning and we got a cabana in our garden room which was gorgeous

No time pressure, exceptionally patient and even assisted me with the App. My friend lives down south so we frequently had to call her during the booking and not once did I feel rushed.
