Brilliant service
Brilliant service. I needed help booking various flights to/from the USA. The agent, Fiona, made it appear so seamless and we agreed and booked my flights within 15 mins max. I left Hays feeling less stressed and delighted. Great service

First booking with Hays
First time I have booked with Hays Travel. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We went in only knowing we wanted a Cruise as soon as possible. We came out with everything fully booked including flights. Even the luggage won't be seen until we are on board the boat. We have never had quite such service and inclusive bookings. Amazing & knowledgeable Laura
We went in to just see what was available and were looked after by Laura her friendly charm and knowledge was amazing she only wanted what was best and suited us highly recommend Laura she's the type of person that will make you go back and back very professional and certainly knows her stuff as it was a last minute holiday Laura made sure we left with everything we needed all we need to do is pack our bags and go the airport highly recommend Hays especially with staff like Laura

Went in just for price and chat Michaela was so friendly and knowledgeable even when we totally changed our opinion on a holiday it was no problem to her . I phoned the next day with questions and she was very happy to answer and gave opinions she thought be best for us . Wouldn’t hesitate to go back . They were recommended by two friends who had similar experiences.
