First time cruisers
We have never been on a cruise before and thought we'd give it a try. We'd thought about booking online but we had a few questions we needed answers to so went into Hays in Bramhall. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We ended up in a better cabin than we'd seen online and at a really good price. We will definitely use them for future holiday bookings.
