Hannah (Bromsgrove) was extremely helpful sorting out my booking with no hassle

I spoke to Andrew initially and he was very knowledgeable about resorts which fit my requirements. He equipped me with some information, which I took away to read. I returned the following day to book and spoke to Hannah, who was incredibly professional and reassuring and she talked me through the booking process. Other members of staff in the branch were also very friendly and knowledgable.

Andrew, went above & beyond his job to help us like they all do & we will always book our holidays with Hays Travel top notch company, we feel part of the family when we go in to inquire about an holiday.

Unfortunately Natalie was busy with another customer but Morgan was able to find my details and assist me most efficiently. My partner and I had been shopping around for an annual worldwide travel insurance policy for quite some time, struggling to find the right cover at a reasonable price. Demi Barratt was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
Demi was able to source a policy that included cruise cover, which we specifically needed for our Mediterranean cruise on P&O’s Azura in October and our Caribbean cruise on P&O’s Britannia in February. Although the policy was around £50 more than what we paid with Hays Travel two years ago, Demi still managed to secure a quote that was £150 cheaper than anything we had found online.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. Demi kept us fully updated on prices and clearly advised who we needed to contact regarding pre-existing medical conditions before the policy was issued. Everything was explained clearly and professionally, making the whole process stress-free.
