Popped in having seen Late Deal poster, greeted by Milly with a lovely smile who then talked us through the deal, even offering different options around the same cost. The other member of staff present was also very friendly, talking to us while Milly looked through the options, even booking our seats on the flight. Milly then said that she could print out everything for us and we picked up the boarding passes, insurance and some Euros a few days later. The service we received was superb from start to finish.

Just booked a last minute holiday with Hays Travel Budleigh Salterton. We always use Hays Travel as we know we will be well looked after. We had lots of questions what with all the changes with air travel at the moment. Our questions were answered swiftly and we were reassured to go ahead with our booking. The staff are very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. As always the service we received was excellent.
