Hays Travel - Cannon Park Reviews 

This was my local branch, the city centre branch having failed to respond to my request. I received excellent customer service from Rhonda and there was great camaraderie between the staff.

The young ladies were very helpful and explained every thing clearly

We called in today and spoke to Tracey ,looking to book a break away at the start of March with our son/ partner and grandaughter ,ended up booking a hotel in fuerteventura that she has stayed at regularly herself .The staff here have good knowledge and experience at matching customers with their holiday requirements

I have been going to Hays since it took over Thomas Cook and always spoke with Teresa who has always gone above and beyond for me and my family. Teresa has always taken her time to ensure we have had the perfect holiday. I always tell people to go to Hays at cannon Park and ask for Teresa.

All the staff were polight and very helpfull.Claire who we delt with was realy helpfull and nothing was to much trouble.

The staff at Canon Park Coventry are always very friendly and welcoming.
Rhonda recently organised a city break and Teresa previously booked a trip to gran canaria. They listened carefully to our requirement before patiently searching for a variety of options until they found what were looking for.
Once the primary booking is made, support with transfers, insurance, travel money, printing of documents wass freely offered.
