Sailing
We have never sailed before, so had lots of questions, Carla was happy to answer them all. We will defiantly be in contact with her again to book future holidays.

Above and beyond
I messaged regarding booking a holiday late on a Saturday night, I didn’t expect a reply until Monday but Carla went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and get the holiday booked. Carla was friendly and knowledgeable and i would not hesitate to contact her with any queries about the upcoming holiday she is very helpful, I would definitely book with Carla again in the future

Carla at hays travel was a no hassle booking. First time booking a cruise I didn’t have a clue where to start . Just booked our 2nd holiday with carla. Nothing is to much trouble. I think she must have priced over 20 holidays up for us before we could decide. I 100% recommend Carla.
