This was on our bucket list, unfortunately my hubby passed away so I plucked up the courage to call in and book this trip on my own. It was hard but the young lady was very kind and helpful.i look forward to going.

The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As we are elderly we are sometimes ignored. Bethany dealt with us and she was excellent. All the girls acknowledged us when we walked through the door. Will be back for our next holiday . Thank you

I asked for some information and was given a comprehensive answer. So we booked a holiday to Krakow with no qualms.
We were served by a lovely young lady who asked about the type of holiday we were after and tailored or requirements accordingly. We can now not wait.
