Hays Travel - Chesterfield Reviews 

Very friendly and helpful staff, informative but not too pushy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble when asking questions if they didn’t know they would ask other members of staff or investigate further on the internet. They made the whole experience enjoyable I would recommend and go there again in the future rather than spending hours trawling the internet.

Well they sorted my holiday for me .lovely team they were .It was the manager who took my booking very nice person. You could have a laugh with that team. If this holiday goes to plan .I will book again with them .sure it will go to plan just not booked a holiday abroad for a good few years

Had a wonderful visit yesterday afternoon. It was very busy but the wait wasnt too long. Sara was very helpful, offering lots of suggestions and listening to what I wanted. The offer of a drink was also very appreciated on such a warm day! Would definitely recommend.

We booked our holiday through Ellie H and Leanne and we had such a great experience from start to finish, everything was so easy and completely stress free. They were both really helpful, friendly, and made the whole process feel effortless.
We felt totally looked after, and it took all the worry out of planning. We can’t wait for our trip and will definitely be booking with them again. Highly recommend.

I’d previously popped in to ask about them booking 3 flights for me given the current situation around the world.
I visited on Sunday but wasn’t able to complete the process due to needing to check times with friends.
Went back on the Monday and all sorted to my satisfaction. All staff friendly and efficient. With thanks to Sara and the person completing it all Ellie.
Now I can sit back and sort everything else 🙂

Great service

Great experience from start to finish. Elle was amazing as were othet staff who helped with our search. Regular contact by telephone was appreciated. Nothing was any trouble and we eventually booked the perfect holiday for us. Thank you Hays Travel we will certainly come to you again

The help given by your personal travel expert (Andy) , he guided throughout which resulted us booking a destination we’ve never been to(Malta).
Found Andy to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of our enquiry. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
Could not fault customer service - Well done !
Will most certainly be using Hays travel again.

Ellie at chesterfield was Friendly and helpful. She found us a good deal on our cruise and says she will be available to help anytime we need anything.

I was really please with the customer service ive recieved from Sara & Davina obviously two very experienced ladies & I enjoyed the banter with both of the ladies.

When I booked, the travel agent, Sara, informed me that final balance was due on the 7th July so I set up a direct debit to take it automatically - I paid half of the full amount up front. I have been back in the branch today to add my sister to the booking and was informed that final balance is actually due on 24th May which is significantly different. When questioned, Sara was aware of the date and when I told her she hadn’t informed me of it she was VERY dismissive of me as if it didn’t matter, which it very much does as it impacts the budgeting I had planned. I was quite upset with her attitude, however, Leanne was looking after us today and she was WONDERFUL. She was very helpful and pushed the date as late as she could. Overall, the experience has been very good but the attitude of Sara today really pulled the overall score down.

Friendly staff. Very helpful, can,t do enough to help you. Would recommend to anyone who wants a holiday.
