Wayne, I spent over an hour with you discussing your holiday plans. You explained you wanted to visit Scotland as you had never been before and were really looking forward to it. I carefully read through all details of the booking with you before you confirmed, and you then paid your deposit. Your paperwork was emailed to you straight away, and we arranged to meet the following week for you to collect the hard copies.
My service was provided in good faith, and you even kindly posed for a photo for my social media at the time of booking. I’m sorry if there is now some confusion, but I can assure you everything was handled accurately and transparently.
I am still waiting to hear from you via email regarding your booking, and how you wish to proceed
