Always friendly and cheerful, get you exactly what you ask for , these girls need recognition for going above and beyond at times ....WELL DONE CLECKHEATON STORE ESPECIALLY SYLVIA.....WHOOP WHOOP

The girl that dealt with our booking seemed a nice girl . We chose our holiday that came in at just over 900 pounds each as we started the booking process boom up it went to just over a thousand pounds each I think if there is a next time we won't be duped like that again . Where I used to book it never happened so seemed slightly odd . We accepted the girls answer as to why the holiday jumped up so much in price in less than a minute but we will be more careful in the future as to where we book our holidays.

A trainee booked our holiday & was still learning with the help of a colleague but she was very pleasant & polite

Trainee member of staff was plessant and polite, quite open from the start about her training status. Started off process on her own then had to wait a short time for another member of staff to be available to complete our booking. Pleasant general chat during this time

This is the 2nd time I have booked through hays and both times the staff have been excellent and extremely helpful

I spoke with a lovely lady (i believe she was called Ellen) about a trip to amsterdam with my boyfriend for next february, she had brilliant recommendations, we went through a few different hotels and flight times, we settled on a hotel and she showed me many things to do in the area and told me about many travel options for amsterdam as i was nervous getting from the airport to the city centre where the hotel is. She was amazing, honest, obviously very professional and patient with me as i wanted to look at many different things… would 100% recommend Hays Travel, i booked the trip the same day! i couldn’t be any more excited. She also showed me the ‘hays travel card’ which i’m planning on getting.. as well as inviting me back for a quote for travel insurance :) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very pleased

Spoke to lady called Sylvia ever so nice she helped me really well about my holiday and also reassured me we would have a fantastic time

The fact that you can talk face to face with someone is what suits me best and whilst it took around an hour in the shop it went quickly.Also going forward, it fit’s better for me I.e. not having to print things out or download stuff, I am not into technology.
