Staff were very helpful and kept me fully informed of what was happening. Any amendments asked for were done quickly, without delay. The whole process was very easy and the two staff dealing with us, ( both named Rebecca), were really nice

Carol Harvey was able to beat two competitors prices after a couple of days of enquiries and as the holiday booked is next March to India there was no immediate rush to book same.
