The knowledge of staff that sorted me out. And they were so helpful.

I recently booked a trip to Disneyland Paris for my daughter’s birthday. Lauren who supported me with the booking was amazing and persevered, despite having lots of difficulty with the Disney website. Even after my booking was complete she stayed in touch with important info and even checked us in so I didn’t have to. The lovely staff at the branch even personalised a letter from Mickey Mouse for my daughter to add some extra magical touches. Overall I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received.

Booking our cruise for 2026
I had spoke to Jack on the phone regarding prices for the cruise, when we went to book the holiday we met Jack who booked the holiday, he is very calm and efficient. Again another good experience from the staff at Hays.

Friendly staff easy booking, but as I knew exactly what I wanted booked a cruise on 'cruise weekend' and didn't get any offers or benefits, was the same price I could have got on line, dissappointing, as I booked about £5k worth
