Price matched holiday.
We called in to book a holiday we'd seen on the Internet,(not on the Hays website) so we knew exactly what we wanted.
Anna dealt with us in a friendly and professional manner and not only was the exact holiday found but also matched in price.
We prefer to book face to face rather than Internet booking as it makes the whole experience more attractive.
We were dealt with extremely efficiently, courteously and politely.
No pressure sales for additional extras which was refreshing and we left our local branch of Hays extremely happy, with the holiday we wanted.

We asked, they provided options
Ali has worked relentlessly, over several weeks, trying to find us a cruise that suited many specifics. Even when we gave her different requests, she never waivered and matched us up with what will hopefully be a perfect first cruise experience.
