Hays travel Cupar are amazing.
This is our second holiday we've booked through Hays travel and it's been a wonderful experience. Ellena has always been enthusiastic and positive about our travel plans and so helpful. We've recently booked our bucket list / dream holiday to Dollywood. It's taken lots of tweaks and questions to get it right and she's always responded quickly and positively. It was a joy to finally go in and book our holiday. I feel the staff are genuine and helpful and it's about tailoring the holiday to you and getting it right over the sale and that's why it works. Was like having coffee with friends
All 3 staff members were super friendly, both Maisie and Ellena were very informative and where we wanted to go. Maisie provided us with all the information and hotels initially and Ellena talked us through everything and booked our holiday when we went back a week later. Ellena is now checking prices for our 2027 holiday, we much prefer booking our holiday with a face to face agent and this was 10/10, I can honestly say, we will go back to Hays in Cupar for all our future bookings, well done girls, exceptional service.

I contacted Hays Travel in Cupar (Fife)…
I contacted Hays Travel in Cupar (Fife) and spoke to a great travel agent. I told her I was looking to travel to Miami for a week then coming back to the UK via Toronto (pop in to visit family) we discussed dates and budget. Within 2 days I had an email with flights and hotel well within my budget. The same day I spoke to the travel agent about going ahead with the holiday everything was done from deposit paid to payment schedule all the info about visas (both USA and Canada) she could not be more helpful. I have never booked a holiday like this before and would highly recommend Hays Travel to anyone that want to receive 5* treatment
