Made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in. Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Looked at several options to find the best deal to fit my requirements. I booked there and then. Got email confirmation straight away on the holiday but there was an outstanding question around flight times. These were to be confirmed and was told they would chase this up and let me know. I got a call less than 30 minutes after leaving followed by a further confirmation email. Very happy with the excellent service.

Excellent customer service
I have recently used Hayes Dalton Park to pre register and subsequently booking a future cruise. On both occasions the staff, and I can only remember Caitlin, have been exceptional, making sure everything I wanted was booked, quoted for etc etc. Genuinely very friendly, helpful and listened to my needs and met them exactly. This is the second booking with this team and I did so due to the excellent service I received on my first!
