The representatives were very curtious and friendly. They even gave me a lovely cupcake. ( please don't get jealous if you don't get one).
I was in there a while sorting out our booking. But it was well worth my time.

Beth was very professional she helped me to look at various hotels in Sorrento - firstly by sending me details of hotels. When I booked in their agency she was positive, helpful with other areas of the holiday e.g. car transport. An asset to Hays Travel.

The Staff member known as Matt, at Hays Travel, Dawlish, gave us a very high standard, professional service. Matt ensured we had a full understanding of the booking we were making, showed great knowledge, expertise, customer care and a willingness to look after the customers interest. A brilliant addition to the Dawlish team, and fits in well to the standard set by Isis, a great team.

Isis in the Dawlish office is our go-to gal for holidays. Always friendly like we’re old buddies. Nothing is too much trouble, takes her time to find us the best holidays to suit our needs and follows up on additional requirements. I’m not taking anything away from the other guys & gals in the office because when Isis is away, they are always on board with our requests. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended highly to others. Heyday Hays!! 😃

My wife and I called into Hays Travel, Dawlish with an idea for a trip to Canada. The young lady we spoke to, Bethany, could not have been more helpful. She went through every step of the itinerary, sorting out flights, hotels, rail journeys, transfers, and even a cruise. Nothing was too much trouble. Bethany was very professional, but very friendly at the same time.
