Great staff as ever wouldn't go anywhere else thank you

Have used the Dawlish branch for many years, always great service never feel rushed or queries are answered. All staff are very pleasant and extremely helpful.

Isis in the Dawlish office is our go-to gal for holidays. Always friendly like we’re old buddies. Nothing is too much trouble, takes her time to find us the best holidays to suit our needs and follows up on additional requirements. I’m not taking anything away from the other guys & gals in the office because when Isis is away, they are always on board with our requests. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and have recommended highly to others. Heyday Hays!! 😃

Always use Hays Dawlish for every holiday. Great staff,always easy and very friendly,nothing is too much trouble. We get the insurance, money and tickrts all in one go. Such a great business. Thank you for simply being the best. 🥰🥰

My wife and I called into Hays Travel, Dawlish with an idea for a trip to Canada. The young lady we spoke to, Bethany, could not have been more helpful. She went through every step of the itinerary, sorting out flights, hotels, rail journeys, transfers, and even a cruise. Nothing was too much trouble. Bethany was very professional, but very friendly at the same time.

Although almost everything is ‘on-line’ it’s still good to look through a holiday brochure to see what you require when considering a holiday. We popped into Hays travel and received an instant greeting. We were given time to sit and discuss our needs and the said brochure was produced to take away and read at our leisure. We returned a few days later - again an instant welcome, A few queries answered and our holiday booked.

All the staff in the Dawlish branch of staff are amazing, nothing is to much trouble and thay go out of there way to help and I wouldn't go to any other travel agent

Matt, he was really helpful and went above and beyond to help us as a family. Including asking colleagues advice of holiday resorts.

The friendly & helpful manner of the staff at Dawlish. We were not rushed into the latest holiday in Cyprus but we got there the following day 😀

From the moment we stepped into the office, Matt was extremely helpful & encouraging. He listened to what we wanted & acted on it very quickly, giving us relevant options for various bits of our booking criteria. We like speaking to a person (something that's very rare these days) so having Matt & the team on our doorstep is really good to know. Thanks all
