We often travel with P&O cruising and the manager told us if we see her she can give us a discount. We didn’t get a discount this time because the manager is on holiday when I asked the person helping this she said they haven’t got a manager only the manager on holiday so I didn’t get my discount and I’m not pleased about that

A very special holiday booking.
This was our first experience of visiting Hays to organise a special holiday for 2027. We chose a river cruise, and were assisted by Roxie. She was extremely thorough, and the whole experience, culminating in the confirmation of our booking, was a real pleasure.
