We used Hays travel last year and the whole process went so smoothly that we decided to go back and see what they can do for us this year. They did not disappoint. we gave the lovely Roxie a couple of countries that we were interested in and in no time had what we wanted and booked . Very pleased

More than happy with the service
The lady helping us to find our holiday was so helpful we found the perfect mini break in April she was then patient with us as we wanted a holiday in Croatia for October and she searched for our various needs and found one that suited us exactly so we decided to book both holidays that day We would recommend Hays Travel as in the past we have done the online booking but found it so stressful as being two ladies of a certain age technology is rather a challenge for us!!!!!!

Daisy was helpful she showed us several hotels in different resorts. She saved us money. And was helpful and considerate of our travel requirements.
