Debbie is excellent at her job she can't do enough to help .if you have any problems she tries her best to help you out and always keeps you informed

I have been booking with Debbie for years. She always goes above and beyond to get the right holiday for us. Knows what we like and only suggests places/hotels that she knows would suit.
Great communication & nothing too much bother. Got 2 fab holidays booked with her for this year already!

After the first time of booking a holiday with Debbie, I now don't go anywhere else. Debbie provides top class customer service that can't be matched. Debbie is always on hand with prompt responses to my enquiries, goes above and beyond to find the perfect holiday to match my (sometimes lengthy) requirements. She has a wealth of knowledge which means she can give great advice on locations we've never travelled to before. I absolutely love that she takes all the hassle out of booking, and it can be done at the time which suits me best, which is usually nighttime when stores are closed. She even completes the check in for flights. I can't recommend Debbie enough, it's a real joy booking with her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I regularly book with Hays Travel as they know my requirements and needs. Debbie Robertson is a real asset to Hays and I'm sure they already know this. Debbie is such a friendly helpful patient and caring travel advisor and it's like talking to a friend/family member when I'm booking my holidays. Her attention to detail is amazing and she is very helpful from start to finish. Please dont ever change!!! Well done Debbie and well done Hays for having Debbie as part of your team.
