Was a breeze booking my cruise holiday through Hays travel
I have booked a cruise holiday for 2027 for my 40th birthday. I was dealing with Mike at the Didsbury branch. He went above and beyond to help find the best deals searched different cruises lines and kept in touch when I was trying to organise everyone who was going. He kept his eye on cabins for the specific cruise I wanted he was truly a star. It's been a nice easy experience thanks to Mike.

Thailand
Susan helped us book our first trip to Thailand, she was very knowledgeable and one of her colleagues Mike helped us with his experience of visiting Thailand. They both were very patient in explaining the places that would suit us. We booked 4 nights in Bangkok and 8nights in Phuket and they explained all the places to visit. Many thanks, we will definitely be back to book more holidays with Hays Travel excellent experience.

Charlene was excellent, went above and beyond to help us find the right tour for South Africa, and kept us updated throughout the booking process explaining everything really well. Suzannah provided key insights of places to go/things to see which was really helpful in knowing which tour to choose.
