We received a Hayes’ flyer about a cruise for 2027. It looked very interesting, we have never been on a cruise holiday before. So whilst in Mold we popped in to the Hayes office. Lydia is personable, so very pleasant and assisted us with comprehensive information, she was exceptionally knowledgeable and advised us about every aspect of booking a cruise holiday. Very helpful staff

Jane was very helpful and patient with us as we looked at lots of different hotels and flight dates she also saved us from a potential problem with the hotel we initially chose by reading the fine print carefully -building work planned! It was much easier than booking it ourselves, I feel more confidence about not making any mistakes which could make the holiday less fun and also great payment options. Its also easy to visit Hays in the centre of Mold and I got my travel insurance really quickly as well. Looking forward to my holiday now!
