Really good service
Started to deal with an advisor on line, called Gill, who was extremely helpful. I then contacted the agency by telephone to book the said holiday and this was dealt with in a professional but casual way. Can't fault Hay's in any way.

Another fantastic experience with Sophie at Hays. After returning from holiday we spoke to Sophie about holiday options in September.
