Margaret listened to what we were looking for in a holiday (USA) and negotiated with the agent on the other end of the phone for a deal. Wasn't too happy with the arrival at the airport, so she further negotiated for transfers to be included and this sealed the deal for us. Very happy. From here my son and I returned to finalise the holiday where full details were disclosed of how to pay for holiday, the Hays credit card and money to take on holiday and when this can all be arranged, some useful tips for the USA. The Insurance was also arranged through Hays. Margaret wasn't available at this second meeting though the Manager Fiona took over and was just as helpful and informative.

The booking of the holiday was straight forward and any questions we had were answered.
