Fiona was very helpful friendly and got us a great deal on our holiday . We will be back to book a cruise for next year.

We are both pensioners and Kerry went out of her way to help. She even advised us about vaccines we needed going to India and travel money and was very patient with me relating to my phone as I'm not very tech savvy she did not rush me or make me feel stupid. Very caring

I dealt with Kerry on Monday and then Laura on Tuesday. Both were very professional. Laura’s attention to detail and patience dealing with my holiday requests for a specific hotel in Sorrento was highly commendable and very reassuring.
