Excellent advice and service, friendly, knowledgeable from Elgin store a couple if weeks ago

Just back from a fantastic holiday on Majorca as well, also organised by Hays in Elgin and everyone was super helpful.

Elgin Hays is the best. Iona was absolutely great and booked my holiday without any issues. It was quick and easy, yet all questions were answered and also I was asked if I needed anything else etc. Hays are a fantastic company who I would recommend.

how easy it was for Dianne to find us the holiday we were looking for she was most helpful. everything was sorted out in one visit extremely well.

We went in just to explore our options and thanks to Victoria we booked there and then. Very patient, reviewed options and got us just what we wanted. Excellent service.

We were greeted and acknowledged as soon as we walked in by very friendly staff. Dianne was so helpful and friendly, she done everything for us. This is the first time we have used Hays travel and we will definitely be using you again, made it very easy for us.

Iona was very helpful and efficient. She organised our holiday in a very professional manner.

The first travel agent was more knowledgeable about the area, more confident sharing , talking with us, chatting, explaining things , we were given
No pressure from her.
Knowledgeable about the holiday, area etc.

The 2nd travel agent was just going through the paper work. Wasn't very knowledgeable , just reading from the screen.
Felt she was doing her job but not listen or communication with us.
Just wanted to get it done.
She was polite but felt she was just ticking boxes,
Asked about rooms nxt to each other said that be done at a later date,
Asked when we need to bring passports etc in, transfers from airport etc
It be done at a later date.
Didn't know much about the area we were going to or how safe for two older woman would be thete.
She was younger, but feel she could do with more training , confidence building.
Felt more pressure to book with 2nd travel agent as she kept saying there was no rooms left , at the price advertised then she found rooms.

In hind sight think it would of been better waiting for 1st travel agent to come back from lunch, book with her
She made us feel valuable , our booking was important to Hays, instead of been put on to 2nd travel.agent.

5 star service as always! Karen always goes above an beyond whats expected and always gives the best deals. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

From start to finish Aimee was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We had very specific dates in mind and wanted to book a cruise but we were unsure of our destination and she checked everything from flights, seats, cabins, insurance etc. Came away with our anniversary cruise booked for exactly the date we wanted!

Cheery agent. No questions a problem .not rushed.covered all options to give me a good deal and holiday I was looking for.
