The staff was very helpful and most importantly they were very patient with me as I didn’t know where I wanted to take my girlfriend.
They had an answer to all my questions which shows that they are very knowledgeable which made my decision to book very easy.

As always the staff at Hays Travel in Eltham are so professional knowledgeable helpful & friendly & we wouldn’t book our holidays anywhere else. My first time using Hays Travel and my experience was wonderful. Mel who attended to me was amazing, made me feel at home, updated me on flights bookings, ensured flight bookings details were correct, she knows the job, flights fares were so reasonable and unbelievable. They went to great trouble to make our booking but were let down by the airline which changed the the flight so we had to cancel. We will be going back again to Hays to try something else as they always give us such good service.
