We normally book our own holidays

First time booking
First time booking with an independent travel agent, was scary at first but emma but all my worries to ease. She sorted our seats on the flight so we could sit together without any extra cost, was also slightly cheaper booking with Emma than it was direct through the website.

Emma has been absolutely amazing from the outset, no demand from myself was too big or too small for her.
